Senior Project Manager Qualifications

• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and other documentation to prepare and manage project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate/Negotiate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and clients to discuss and adjust project scopes, change orders and timelines as necessary throughout the duration of projects

• Effective communication with project team and ability to coherently outline expectations of schedule

• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success within timeline and profit margins

• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed per project

• Supervise and coordinate the work of all subcontractors and laborers on project

• Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations through regular communication

• 10+ years of extensive experience in commercial construction Project Management (construction methods and materials)

Senior Estimator Qualifications

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to produce complete, competitive, and accurate bid proposals

• Solicit, review, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints

• Collaboration with project managers, architects, and engineers during pre-construction to ensure alignment on budgets and project scope

• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions, prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects

• Identify potential risks in the estimation process and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks

• Proven track record as lead estimator in commercial construction with a minimum of five years of experience
