Little Falls Auto Service is a busy, well-established independent auto repair shop known for honest service, high-quality repairs, and strong customer relationships.
We are looking for a reliable, organized Service Advisor to join our front counter team and work closely with our Lead Service Advisor to keep daily operations running smoothly.
This is not a typical dealership-style service advisor position where the role is limited to writing estimates and selling repairs. In an independent shop environment, the Service Advisor plays a much broader role in helping coordinate shop operations, communicate with customers, support technicians, and keep the shop running efficiently. In our fast-paced environment, the right person enjoys multitasking, taking ownership, and being part of a team that works together to get the job done.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and check vehicles into the shop
Perform a quick vehicle walk-around with customers during check-in
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Follow up with customers regarding estimates and repairs
Order parts and manage parts returns
Organize parts inventory and ensure parts are properly stored
Help keep the parking lot organized and vehicles staged properly
Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow moving efficiently
Maintain a clean and professional front office and waiting area
Drive customers home or pick them up when needed
Perform a final quality control (QC) walk-around of completed vehicles before customer pickup
Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and professionally presented with no grease marks, fingerprints, or debris
Work closely with the Lead Service Advisor to keep daily shop operations running smoothly, sharing responsibilities and supporting each other as needed
Participate in company onboarding and ongoing training to learn shop procedures, customer service standards, and operational systems, including training videos and process walkthroughs

The right person in this role will help keep the shop running smoothly and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Keeping the front counter organized and running efficiently throughout the day
Helping maintain strong customer satisfaction and positive reviews
Supporting technicians by keeping workflow and parts organized
Ensuring every vehicle is returned to the customer clean and professionally presented through our QC process
Working closely with the Lead Service Advisor to maintain smooth daily operations

Compensation:
Base pay plus performance-based commission tied to shop gross profit and production.
Expected earnings range: $60,000 $85,000 depending on experience and performance.
