We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Service BDC Consultant to join our dynamic team in Madison, NJ. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting from $18 per hour and includes comprehensive training and career growth opportunities. Job Details Salary: From $18 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Madison, NJ 07940 Key Responsibilities Handle heavy inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales and service appointments using provided scripts. Log customer comments accurately and maintain up-to-date customer information in the database. Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on customer appointments, including no-shows. Communicate with the Service Department to track appointment outcomes. Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails according to scheduled marketing timelines. Respond to customer inquiries from the website and internet leads through phone and email. Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled and assist with additional assigned duties. Meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Work Hours This is a full-time position with a schedule to be discussed during the hiring process. Job Requirement:Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in phone communication or telemarketing, particularly in automotive, business development, or customer service, is preferred. Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, and alternative sales techniques. Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with management and customers. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
