Attorney -General Liability Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 23 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join our Princeton office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as product liability, general liability, transportation and/or insurance defense, and is licensed to practice in New Jersey.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
