TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Monmouth County, NJ hiring for a part-time position for a Customer Service Specialist. This role will support sales orders and provide a best in class customer experience. Applicants with strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Description:

• Support email and phone communication with customers regarding product orders
• Answer emails from clients offering product knowledge, item numbers, tracking numbers
• Process purchase orders through ERP
• Support warranty and return process
• Work with internal departments for effective communication on customer timelines

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of back office experience in a customer support role
• Prior experience with ERP systems highly preferred, SAP experience a plus
• Experience with claims or warranty communication
• Ecommerce
• Microsoft skills
• Strong communication

Additional Details:

• Tuesday-Thursday
• 8:30am-5pm
• 2 days on-site, 1 day remote
• This is an open ended contract position with the potential for conversion

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
