Job Title: Physical Therapy Aide and Kinesiology Entry Level
Location : StretchMed Bell Works, Holmdel, NJ
Compensation : Avg $25 - $30+/hour (Base + Bonuses)

Your Role:
As a Stretch Therapist, you will use your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help clients improve mobility and reduce pain.
Perform 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions using the CST protocol.
Assess client flexibility and range of motion.
Work within defined protocols and scope under StretchMed training guidelines.
Educate clients on the benefits of recovery and consistent mobility work.
Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment.

Who We Are Looking For:
Education: Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or currently enrolled in a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
Attributes: Professional, empathetic, and eager to learn new modalities.
Experience: Previous experience as a PT Aide, Chiropractic Assistant, or Athletic Trainer is a huge plus.Comfortable with hands-on physical work and client interaction throughout a full shift.

Schedule :
Part-Time (approx. 20-25 hours).
Flexible scheduling (we can work around university or class schedules).
Must be available for some weekend shifts.
