Job Summary

At My Gym, your role goes beyond teaching Parent and Me programs. It includes leading independent classes for children, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. As you develop your skills as a lead teacher, youll also gain valuable experience in our back-end systems, administration, sales, and training. Responsibilities

Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes, ensuring a positive experience for all participants

Foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation

Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities

Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones

Qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment

Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
