Sanchez Motors is a fast-paced, family-owned used car dealership in Elizabeth, NJ. We specialize in helping customers get into reliable vehicles with financing that works for their situation. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily dealership operations and keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general office operations and customer service

• Update and maintain QuickBooks records

• Order car parts for the mechanic and source the best prices from multiple vendors

• Call auctions regarding title issues or late titles

• Perform vehicle audits including taking and uploading photos for flooring companies

• Manage dealership paperwork (registrations, titles, financing docs)

• Communicate with banks, lenders, DMV offices, and vendors

• Support the sales team with follow-ups, inventory management, and data entry

• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Comfortable with technology, QuickBooks, email, and Microsoft Office

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

• Must be responsible, punctual, and a fast learner

• Previous dealership, office, or bookkeeping experience is a bonus — not required

Compensation & Growth:

• $17–$20/hr depending on experience

• Opportunity for pay increases for team members who demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks efficiently and take initiative
