Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise residents to ensure safety, compliance, and accountability
- Conduct routine room checks, headcounts, and facility rounds
- Enforce program rules, policies, and daily schedules
- Provide support and guidance to clients in recovery
- Assist with client intake and orientation , including belongings search (per policy)
- Document all relevant activities, incidents, and observations in logbooks or electronic systems
- Respond to and properly report incidents, emergencies, or behavioral concerns
- Support transportation needs or coordinate client movements as required
- Assist in facilitating structured activities and life skills development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support client care
