Responsibilities
- Routinely assesses patient conditions, including vital signs, pain levels, and overall status.
- Develops, implements, and updates patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Prepares, administers, and documents medications, including IV drugs.
- Performs clinical tasks like starting IVs, inserting catheters, and changing surgical dressings.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse working on a MS/Tele unit within the last 2 years.
