I'm looking for a trusted Executive Personal Assistant to work alongside
me in managing a full life that spans a real estate portfolio, a family
of three, and an active team of outside professionals.
person is equal parts operator, organizer, and steady hand — someone who
brings order, anticipates needs, and makes sure nothing falls through
the cracks. What I'm looking for:
- 5+ years supporting a principal, family, or small business owner
- Experience with real estate, household management, or family office work
- Excellent communication, calendar, and project management skills
- Absolute discretion and integrity
- Warmth and professionalism around children
- Strong references from previous principals Full-time, based in the Morristown, NJ
