LPN/ RN Night Nurse Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Current Active/ Valid NJ LPN/ RN license is a MUST
- High School Diploma
- Nurse Supervisory experience is a MUST
- Minimum of 2 years of LTC nursing experience is a MUST
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
