We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented **Testers** to join our team at Kelly Services. As a Tester, you will be responsible for conducting software testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our products.
Pay: $18.00/hr
Location: Plainfield
Shift: 1 st M-F 8AM-4:30PM
Responsibilities:
+ Perform software testing and quality assurance activities according to defined test plans and procedures
+ Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
+ Conduct independent troubleshooting of simpler issues and provide detailed reports
+ Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
+ Work with multiple screens to efficiently manage testing and documentation tasks
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of testing activities and results
Requirements:
+ Confident computer proficiency and familiarity with software testing tools and techniques, programming and hardware experience.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to independently troubleshoot issues
+ Ability to work with multiple screens and efficiently manage testing tasks
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
+ Previous experience in software testing or reconfiguration is preferred
