We're partnering with a leading HVAC company serving the West Amwell, NJ community for nearly 29 years. They're seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join their team of dedicated experts.

In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various residential HVAC systems. You'll also play a key role in educating customers and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities for the HVAC Installer:

• Execute high-quality HVAC installations, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.

• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details and answering questions clearly and professionally.

• Manage project timelines and work scope, ensuring timely completion of installations.

• Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace, keeping track of tools and equipment.

• Complete all necessary paperwork related to the installation process accurately and promptly.

• Educate homeowners about their new HVAC systems, ensuring they understand proper operation and maintenance.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications for the HVAC Installer:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience.

• A valid EPA certification is highly preferred.

• Technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.

• NATE/OSHA Certification preferred.

• Service Titan experience is a plus!

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds and working in challenging environments.

• Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
