Maintenance Technician
Part-Time Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our historic live performance venue. This role offers flexible hours and approximately 20 hours per week, with a chance to work in a dynamic, creative environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general building maintenance
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in:
- General building repairs
- General carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- General painting
- Basic landscaping
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
- Must own and maintain most tools necessary to perform the work
