Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team.

The work of our Client Support Specialists contributes to the success of our organization and will allow you to make a meaningful impact. In this role you will provide support to our field adjusters and examiners.

The optimal candidate will be a team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.

This position allows the right candidate to expand their career and grow with a forward-thinking organization.

This position will be located in Rutherford, New Jersey or Lake Mary, Florida,

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the collection of data, import reports, and review associated materials.
  • Schedule inspection appointments for clients.
  • Manage vendor assignments.
  • Assist with client communications (contact and acknowledgment letters).
Key Requirements:
  • Insurance claims experiences is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Excellent human relations and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Can-do attitude, no job is too small.
