Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations within the facility, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
- Provide strong leadership to department heads and staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census development.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to meet performance goals and continuous quality improvement.
- Current and active LNHA license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of successful survey outcomes and operational performance.
