Account Manager

Description Robert Half has a client seeking an internal Account Manager with experience in the medical device industry. This is a consulting opportunity starting off at 1-2 months with potential to extend. Responsibilities include: + Coordinate the day-to-day efforts and tactical execution in partnership with the Account Director, PM or other relevant internal stakeholders + Accurately submit project requests through the approval project management software and collaborate with the PM on project timeline and negotiate variances accordingly + Review creative proofs with Account Director for accuracy and ensure that business objectives, as defined in the creative brief, are reflected and appropriately met in the final content + Facilitate discussions between internal teams and agency partners to finalize the SOW prior to approval + Serve as a liaison as needed between internal and external partners and assist in facilitating project activities in partnership with the Account Director + Gather monthly data with Account Director, including monthly spend vs. plan, campaign performance, schedule performance, etc. + Collaborate with the Project manager to understand projected timelines and completion dates, and follow up on late tasks identified by the Project Manager + Responsible for daily account management functions including ownership of coordinating internal calendars, setting up meetings, meeting preparation + Drive clarity with all team members and alignment on objectives by ensuring meetings and conversations are documented, and ensure timely and accurate distribution to all stakeholders + Collect and consolidate all feedback for Account Director prior to sending to agency/resources for action + Manage tactical execution of projects under the guidance of Account Director + Collaborate with the MLR Coordinators to facilitate resolution to issues during prevetting and MLR reviews + Produce campaign assets that are MLR approved for target region(s) to ensure assets support new product launches with target customers Requirements Qualifications include: + 4+years minimum of proven experience in an Account role for Marketing Communications or an agency + Experience working in the medical device industry + Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work in a team to forge relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders + Demonstrated ability to simplify the complex, influence internal/external stakeholders, and collaborate with others to achieve a common goal + Understanding of Marketing Tech Stack including traditional and digital media channels and disciplines + Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask + Experience presenting in front of internal teams + Knowledge in Workfront, MS Project or equivalent, experience in medical device, life science or pharmaceutical fields, understanding of government regulated categories Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
