As a BCBA on our team, you will take on a pivotal role in designing and implementing evidence-based programs that empower children and their families in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What Youll Do:
Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Supervise and train behavior technicians, providing ongoing support, feedback, and evaluation.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to create individualized goals and strategies across various settings.
Deliver therapy services when necessary, teaching functional skills and implementing behavior management techniques.
Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, session notes, and intervention plans in compliance with professional standards.
What You Bring:
A Masters degree or equivalent in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Certification as a BCBA in good standing.
