Senior Software Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, experienced in leading projects, and adept at writing clean, scalable, and efficient code. You’ll play a key role in designing and building high-performing applications that meet user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Review code, provide mentorship, and ensure best practices in software development.Participate in system architecture discussions and decisions.Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing systems and suggest improvements.Write technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and release notes.Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovations to improve system functionality. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Node.js.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django, Angular, React, etc.).Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading a development team or mentoring junior developers.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Understanding of secure coding practices.
