Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead engaging classes designed for toddlers supervised by their parents, focusing on movement, coordination, and social skills in a fun and safe environment. You will also teach programs for older children who participate independently, promoting fitness, confidence, and teamwork.

This is a part time position. The possible shifts include: weekday mornings 8:30-12:30, weekday afternoons 3:00-6:30, and weekend mornings 8:30-12:30. You do not need to be available for all shifts. A combination of shifts that works with your schedule is possible. This position is looking to start September 1, 2025 with training in August.

Job Summary:
At My Gym, your role goes beyond teaching Parent and Me programs. It includes leading independent classes for children, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. As you develop your skills as a lead teacher, youll also gain valuable experience in our back-end systems, administration, sales, and training. Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist age-appropriate classes, ensuring a positive experience for all participants

• Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
• Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones
