Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Logistics / 3PL
Elizabeth, NJ
Starting at $19.00/hour

Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Elizabeth, NJ location. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics environment and grow within a strong team.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders and receipts, including locating, creating, importing, and adjusting charges
• Manage cycle counts (track, adjust, cancel, and relocate inventory)
• Distribute orders and assign inventory locations
• Import items and perform batch updates
• Analyze reports and support operations
• Communicate daily with carriers and customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge of 3PL, SAP, WMS, or similar systems is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills
