Job Summary
As a Warehouse Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist for the Ethical Mattress Company, your efforts will be critical to providing our customers with an outstanding brand experience.

This role is located in Maplewood, New Jersey, and is exclusively an on-site role at our Ecomm Fulfillment Center located at 215 Rutgers Street. The position is intended as full-time (35-40 hours per week), and our ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term role and with the potential to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Effectively utilize all tools and processes as provided and required, including both digital and offline platforms, in order to service the customer professionally while maintaining company records as needed.
• Communicate opportunities and issues to leadership for immediate attention and resolution.
• Provide your feedback and perspective in the development and implementation of best practices.
• Support all shipping and fulfillment operations effectively to ensure customer needs are met and sales are fulfilled while at all times achieving the high standards of our brand.
• Your schedule will be a mix of weekday and weekend hours. Schedules are flexible and adaptable, but you will typically be asked to work 5 days each week, including two Saturdays per month.
• Success will be achieved through best-in-class execution.

• Prior fulfillment center experience is essential.
• Valid Driver’s License is required; must have access to reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• English-fluency is required.
• Must be comfortable working with computers and have experience with Microsoft applications.
• Must meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.

Compensation This position pays $24 per hour, plus bonus potential.
