Summary:

This role supports Learning Analytics, Learning Management System (LMS) Administration, and Communications to drive the execution and measurement of Learning and Talent Development initiatives. The Learning & Talent Development Analyst delivers reporting, dashboards, and insights to leaders across the Bank and partners with the SVP to track key performance indicators. The role ensures data integrity within the LMS, serves as a liaison with HR and system vendors, and supports audit and compliance requirements. In addition, the Analyst manages internal communications and reporting to promote learning initiatives and demonstrate impact, including the mid-year and year-end learning reports. This role serves as a go-to person for the Learning Team to ensure operational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

Learning Analytics

  • Maintains and creates Manager Dashboards within the LMS.
  • Produces monthly, mid-year and year end Learning Reports for Executives.
  • Captures learner feedback on programs and courses and communicates results to HR and the Bank’s leadership.
  • Creates the annual evaluation strategy using the Kirkpatrick levels of feedback.
  • Conducts learner focus groups and Subject Matter Expert meetings quarterly.
  • Monitors the completion rates of all Compliance and Mandatory Training, at least quarterly.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Manages LMS configuration, updates, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintains user access, roles, and HRIS (ADP) data integration.
  • Builds and maintains course catalog, learning paths, and assignments.
  • Uploads, tests, and updates eLearning content (SCORM files, documents, videos).
  • Ensures accurate assignment and tracking of required training (Compliance, General Core, Management Core).
  • Maintains audit-ready training records and supports compliance reporting.
  • Automates enrollments, notifications, and reoccurring assignments.
  • Troubleshoots LMS issues and provides support to employees and managers.
  • Creates user guides and delivers LMS training, as needed.

Learning Communications & Marketing

  • Creates and distributes content using PowerPoint, Canva, and digital platforms to promote L&D initiatives.
  • Maintains course catalog, training calendar, and learning page on the company Intranet.
  • Manages communications across intranet, email, and training inbox.
  • Supports monthly L&D updates and program communications.

Learning Operations & Event Support

  • Coordinates training logistics, including reserving rooms and set-up.
  • Orders and manages training supplies and materials at all training sites.
  • Prints and prepare course materials for sessions.
  • Supports ERG initiatives, including the Leadership Summit and learning events.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting LMs administration (course setup, reporting, user management).
  • Experience in a corporate or banking environment.
  • Experience supporting training programs, onboarding, or employee development initiatives.
  • Experience creating learning communications or marketing materials.

Core Competencies/Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data tracking, reporting and dashboards).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (and tools such as Canva for content creation).
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service mindset with ability to support employees and managers.
  • Technical aptitude with learning systems and digital tools.

Schedule:
