Known for providing exceptional client service and strategic legal counsel, the firm represents individuals in a wide range of complex family law matters. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their close-knit and collaborative team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Family Law Paralegal with extensive New Jersey family law experience to play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of family law proceedings. The successful candidate will work directly with clients and attorneys on a variety of matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, and post-judgment applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of family law and matrimonial matters
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, Case Information Statements (CIS), and correspondence
• Prepare and organize financial disclosures and discovery materials
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate court filings through New Jersey eCourts
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party professionals
• Assist with trial preparation, mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences
• Review financial records, tax returns, and supporting documentation
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive client matters

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Family Law Paralegal within a New Jersey law firm
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey family law procedures and court rules
• Experience preparing Case Information Statements (CIS) and family law pleadings
• Familiarity with New Jersey eCourts filing systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication xrczosw abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
