We are looking for an organized Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support a organization in Ewing, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position will focus on maintaining accurate training documentation and providing day-to-day administrative support for HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with HR systems, and able to help keep employee records and onboarding materials current.
Responsibilities:
• Upload and organize employee training documents within the HR information system, ensuring records are complete and easy to access.
• Review submitted files for accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting before adding them to internal platforms.
• Provide administrative support for HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation management.
• Assist with maintaining up-to-date personnel records while following established confidentiality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to gather missing training materials and confirm document completion.
• Help monitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding items to support timely processing.
• Support employee relations and general HR administration tasks as needed by the department.
• Prior experience in human resources administration or a related support role.• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to manage digital employee records accurately.
• Experience supporting onboarding processes and handling HR documentation.
• Understanding of employee relations practices and the importance of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize a high volume of information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
