Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a Contract job with a client in Jersey City, NJ/ Plano, TX(Hybrid) . Responsibilities include designing, coding, and testing applications, working closely with business partners to define requirements, and collaborating with multiple technology teams to implement strategic platform migrations.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full Stack Developer job responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications in the Global Financial Crimes environment.

• Collaborating with business partners to define requirements and ensuring application changes meet acceptance criteria.

• Implementing solutions using Java and Angular, with a focus on performance tuning and debugging.

• Partnering with technology teams to implement the target architecture and migrate to a strategic platform.

• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code while applying agile development methodologies.

• Continuously improving application performance and user experience by identifying innovative solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

• 8-10 years of experience in full-stack Java development with 4+ years of Angular experience

• Strong knowledge of core Java, multi-threading, collections API, JDBC, and performance tuning for data-intensive applications

• Experience with cloud computing, distributed systems, and big data technologies like Elastic, Hadoop, or Teradata.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $68.00 per hour
