As a Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with the community, healthcare providers, and referral sources to promote our services.

Job Description:

The Marketing Representative at SportsCare Physical Therapy will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our clinics by creating and nurturing key partnerships and referral networks. You will serve as the face of our organization, promoting our services, and delivering a positive and lasting impression to the community.

Responsibilities:

• Community Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote SportsCare services within the community. This may involve attending local events, health fairs, and other opportunities to engage with potential patients and referral sources.

• Provider Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, specialists, and other potential referral sources. Educate them about our services and the benefits of referring patients to SportsCare.

• Networking: Attend professional networking events, meetings, and conferences to establish and maintain a strong professional presence within the medical and wellness communities.

• Patient Education: Create and distribute educational materials, brochures, and presentations to healthcare providers, potential patients, and the community at large.

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Provide insights to leadership on emerging market needs.

• Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and content marketing.

• Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and engagement with referral sources. Use data to refine and improve marketing strategies.

• Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with our mission and marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Some College a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, software, and analytics a plus.
• Dedication to maintaining professional relationships and a positive image of the organization.
• Able to do be on the road 4 days a week and 1 day in our Corporate office.
