I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as the CFO for a professional boxing company. That experience helped develop my business acumen, leadership skills, and passion for helping people achieve their goals. Family is a big part of my life. My wife was a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader, and both my son and daughter have pursued careers as professional models and actors. I enjoy working with people and helping them discover and develop their own potential. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Glenn Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
