• Deliver clear, option-based recommendations and keep customers informed.
• Proactively identify issues to minimize breakdowns and callbacks.

Must-haves

• Residential HVAC technical expertise.
• Current state licenses/certifications.
• Thorough knowledge of safety requirements and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license; safe driving history.
• English fluency.

Physical demands & conditions

You will sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and stoop; use hands to finger and handle controls; hear and talk. Expect ladder climbing, reaching, and work in hot/cold environments (including crawl spaces). Regularly lift 50+ lbs. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. Work occurs outdoors across multiple seasons depending on scope.
