Human Resources Admin (Onboarding)

Job Title: Human Resources Admin (Onboarding)
Location: Edison, New Jersey
Compensation: $22-$24.00 per hour
Work Model: Onsite 8am to 5pm
Permanent Full Time with Benefits


Responsibilities

• Document and track the onboarding of new employees
• Communicate with new employees to ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed
• Confirm with employees that all pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test) are completed
• Coordinate and confirm start dates with our clients and internal team
• Contractor assignment management
• Offboarding of employees
• Onboarding admin tasks supporting department operations

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent;
• Proficient with office technology including the Microsoft suite of products (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• 2-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with human resources-related functions
• Demonstrated critical thinking ability
• Must be available to work in our Edison, NJ office on a full-time basis (5 days per week)
