We're hiring a driven and attentive person to protect our Eatontown, NJ facility and keep the building (and everyone in it) safe. QUICK INFO:

Pay: Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications

Part-Time Schedule: You'll work Monday and Tuesday mornings from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm

SECURITY GUARD HIGHLIGHTS:

Each day looks different, but expect to:

• Occupy our control room in the production area, monitor CCTV systems, and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Disable the alarm system as you enter the facility
• Perform perimetral patrol once per day
• Oversee the flow of visitors, deliveries, and shipments in and out of the facility while enforcing all protocols
• Promptly report violations to management
• Quickly respond to alarms and notify the proper authorities
• Maintain accurate logs, including access control badge, delivery, and incident reports

What You Need:

• Proven time management skills and experience in making complex, non-routine decisions
• Knowledge of physical security requirements, safety procedures, PCI CPP standards, and high-security areas
• High school education or higher
• Ability to comply with all security policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain good working attendance and work with limited supervision
• Ability to access controls and monitor CCTV systems
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Law enforcement, private sector security, or investigative experience (preferred, not required)
