Flatbed Class A CDL Home Weekends

At Summit Hauling and Transportation , we don't just move freight; we move the materials that build America. We are looking for elite Flatbed Professionals who know how to secure a load right the first time. Compensation & Benefits :

• Weekly Earnings: Consistent gross of $1,600 - $2,100 per week .

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Total Bonus to start your journey with us.

• Full Benefits Package : Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

• Retirement: 401(k) program with company support.

• Additional Pay (Every Minute Counts):

  • Tarping Pay: $40 per load (40%-50% of loads require tarping).

  • Detention Pay: $16/hour (starts after only 2 hours).

  • Layover Pay: $50 per day (starts after 24 hours).

  • Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.

The Haul & Home Time :

• Monday-Friday/Saturday and a 34-hour weekend reset (depending on the location).

• Operating Area: We run all 48 states, but most of our pros stay in 5-state regional loops to keep you close to home.

• Miles: Consistent work averaging 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week.

• Support: NO FORCED DISPATCH. You have 24/7 access to an experienced, professional support team that understands the flatbed world.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.

• Experience: At least 1 year of OTR driving AND a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience.

• Securement Skills: Must be proficient with straps, tarps, chains, and binders.

• Freight Knowledge: Proven experience hauling Steel and Pipe.

• Compliance: Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening with a Clean MVR.
