Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Regional Operations to oversee and lead our operational activities across designated regions. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies to enhance our service delivery, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with other executives and department heads to align operations with the organization’s broader goals and facilitate the scale and growth of our services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operational management, a proven track record of driving results, and exceptional leadership skills. This role provides a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the company's operational effectiveness and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company objectives and improve service delivery.
- Lead and manage regional operations teams to ensure efficient and effective service execution.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional operations with the overall organizational strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all operations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
- Develop budgets and resource allocation plans for regional operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the service industry.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial performance evaluation.
- Ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
