Litigation Paralegal
Location: Montclair, NJ
A well-established Personal Injury law firm in Montclair, New Jersey is seeking a Spanish-speaking Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation
- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents
- Manage discovery and maintain case files
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and assist with case-related matters
- Track deadlines and manage litigation calendars
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 – $80,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xrczosw
