Customer Service Call Center Operator

• Answer all incoming calls to the SSDA department offering one call resolution whenever possible.
• Process incoming faxes and assist with processing mail.
• Process voicemails.
• Additional administrative downtime work as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Bi-lingual a plus
• 2+ years of experience in customer service (phone, in-person, or call queue style)
• Background in claims, insurance, customer care, etc. Knowledge of medical terms preferable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills a must.
