Executive Assistant
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the COO and manage day-to-day priorities.
- Maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate site visits across multiple states.
- Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, talking points, presentations, and follow-up summaries.
- Take and distribute detailed meeting minutes with clear action items.
- Track organizational initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with data collection and research.
- Partner and communicate with executives, regional leaders, administrators, and department heads.
- Support cross-departmental and strategic projects as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.
- 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to make independent decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Anticipates needs and thinks several steps ahead.
- Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain professionalism at all times.
