Community Adminstrator
We are seeking a dedicated Community Administrator to join Taylor Management, a trusted leader in residential property management.
As a Community Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of various homeowner and condominium associations. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, handling inquiries, and ensuring that community standards are met to enhance the living experience of our residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Salary is $45,000
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer service-focused with a friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in property management or similar field preferred
Knowledge of management software applications, TOPS experience is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager with administrative duties
- Maintain community records and documentation
- Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders
- Track and manage work orders
- Communicate with contractors and service providers
- Help prepare reports and presentations for community meetings
- Participate in special projects as needed
