Transaction Services Director
Kforce's client, a rapidly growing, progressive NY/NJ based CPA firm, is seeking an outstanding Transaction Services Director. The firm is a leading provider of professional services to middle market businesses. Overview:
- In this dynamic role, you will work within the Advisory practice servicing both corporate and private equity clients; Work will include readiness and diligence services pre-close through transaction integration and execution
- Lead and manage challenging due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to the acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and other buyers and sellers
- As a Transaction Services Director, you will utilize proven business development skills to identify and land new engagements
- Lead and motivate staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of related work experience: with at least 5 years of experience in financial due diligence, preferably with a CPA firm; CPA license preferred
- Successful track record of building this line of business
- Experience servicing private equity groups
- Experience developing and supervising staff
- Skilled at identifying client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understand the client's business
- Current with the Transaction and Advisory Services industry
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to travel occasionally, locally and nationally
- The firm has offices in NJ and NYC and offers work from home/remote work options
