We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team in our Vineland, NJ, office! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. $15 - $17 hourly

• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed

• Utilization of Outlook Calendars and Filevine case management software

• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
