Join Our Team: Pest Control Service Technician at Pest ID in Cream Ridge, NJ

We’re looking for a multi faceted Pest Control Service Technician to join our operation. We’ll work with you to develop your current skill set and experience to become an all around technician.

Our service area covers the middle two-thirds of New Jersey and the Pennsylvania border region . We’re currently looking for a professional technician to cover our northern and shoreline customers.

• Perform all pest control services including rodents, ticks, mosquitos, termites, and nuisance wildlife.
• Tackle challenging pest and wildlife problems with innovative solutions. This includes going into crawlspaces and the use of ladders up to 40’ to access areas, such as attics and roofs.
• Operate and maintain pest control equipment, including B&G handsprayers, Actisol, Stihl backpack misters and powersprayers with Honda gas powered engines.
• Record detailed reports of actions taken and products used.
• Adhere to all relevant protocols, procedures, and NJ & PA laws.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with other team members and customers, explaining findings and treatments.

• Proven knowledge in general pest control (insects and rodents).
• Hands-on experience with delivery systems for ticks & mosquito treatments.
• Demonstrated skill in termite inspections and treatments .
• Experience handling nuisance wildlife removal/exclusion.
• Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) practices .
• Ability to safely use ladders (up to 40’), traps, and application equipment .
• Strong customer and team communication problem-solving skills.
• NJ pesticide categories strongly preferred.
• Valid NJ driver’s license meeting insurance requirements.

• Competitive pay: First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000+ (hourly base plus overtime and bonus pay).

• Typical work hours : 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
