Currently hiring for a CHHA for per diem,full time hours 9-5 in Somerset, NJ with the opportunity for overtime on the weekend. Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care prepared by an RN.
- Assist clients with daily personal needs including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements
- NJ CHHA certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid driver's license with an insured automobile
- Smartphone
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull
- Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
