Material Handler

• Location : Hackettstown, NJ
• Schedule : Monday thru Friday; 8:30am-5pm
• Hourly Pay : $18/hr

Summary:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Material Handler to manage the flow of materials and products in the warehouse/production facility. The ideal candidate is a team player who can safely operate warehouse equipment and ensure that materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed to the correct departments in a timely manner.

Core Duties:

• Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Safely transport raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to designated locations using forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment.
• Prepare and pack items for outgoing shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a material handler or in a similar warehouse role.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
