SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Component Reworker to join our High Power and NPI Business Unit . Our work supports critical applications across industries where precision and consistency are essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a key member of our production team, you will support the assembly and rework of electronic components for advanced high-power products and new product introductions.
• This role involves precise soldering of SMT and through-hole components, manual electronic assembly, and strict adherence to established quality standards and procedures to ensure reliability and performance.
• You will collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain compliance with ESD and 5S practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience soldering SMT and through-hole components
• Ability to perform manual electronic assembly
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic understanding of electronic components and assemblies
• Must be able to follow procedures, and do 5S daily

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with PCB assembly and rework
• Ability to read schematics or assembly drawings
• Familiarity with ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety procedures
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Salary Range: $20-$25/hr
