Job Title: Per Diem Armed Security Guards

NJ Pay Rate: $25-27/hour with Armed SORA & CCW

Schedule: Part-time & Pick up shifts always available

Caption: Retired or have a full time job and looking to pick up 4-8 hour shifts a few times a week or month? We're interested in hiring people who need hours to pick up. Can move to permanent or full time when availability permits.

Position Overview: IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Guard in Lakewood. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The Guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor access control points

Conduct regular patrols of the retail property

Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed

Write clear incident and daily activity reports

Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

Access control experience required

Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)

Strong communication and report-writing skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
