Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An established long-term care facility is seeking two experienced pharmacists for evening shifts in a closed-door setting. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for pharmacists who excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are ready to contribute immediately.
Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM 2:30 AM
- Every other weekend rotating
- Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, either 11:00 AM 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software (training provided)
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and coordinate pharmacy technicians
- Manage a daily prescription volume of approximately 600
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license
- Proven pharmacy experience, preferably in high-volume settings
- Ability to perform tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy
