Warehouse Associate

Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our client in Edison, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift for Training in October, Sunday to Wednesday: 7AM–5:30PM OR Thursday to Saturday: 6AM–6PM
• In November, 3rd Shift: 6PM–6AM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18.54 - $19.54 / hour

Job Summary:

We’re seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting, packaging, and preparing orders while meeting safety and quality standards in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
• Work efficiently to maintain daily production targets according to the production matrix or schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Use handheld scanners or similar devices to complete pick/pack operations (preferred).
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
• Support general warehouse functions as assigned.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Adapt to changing demands and maintain consistent performance.
• Ensure accurate labeling and shipment preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work night shift starting in November is required.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work long shifts and remain standing throughout.
• Experience with scanners and pick/pack operations preferred.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
