Job Title: BOH & FOH Restaurant Manager
Location: Totowa, NJ

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) Managers to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient team performance. This multi-role listing is ideal for candidates passionate about culinary excellence, operational leadership, and team development in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities – BOH Manager:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, and cleanliness standards

• Manage inventory, portion control, and food cost to maximize profitability

• Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure productivity and high performance

• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation, and health standards

• Collaborate with leadership to develop seasonal menus and optimize kitchen workflow

Key Responsibilities – FOH Manager:

• Supervise front-of-house operations, including servers, hosts, and cashiers

• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns promptly

• Train and coach staff on service standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols

• Monitor scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiency

• Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions to drive sales

Qualifications (Both Roles):

• Proven management experience in BOH or FOH operations within high-volume casual dining

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain quality, service, and operational standards under pressure

• Knowledge of inventory, cost control, and team scheduling

• Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
