Operations Specialist

Our Onboarding & Maintenance Support team is seeking a disciplined Operations Representative to manage the lifecycle of Loan Management Accounts. In this role, you will execute the vital manual and automated processes that identify and maintain client account features while ensuring all regulatory and due diligence requirements are met. This position offers a structured environment for those who pride themselves on efficiency, accuracy, and providing seamless support to internal business partners.

salary: $22.28 - $22.29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

- Performs onboarding and maintenance of accounts and reviewing required account documentation.
- Responds to client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
- Performs basic research, follow-up and resolution of routine maintenance requests
- Identifies potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalates risk concerns, as appropriate
- Prepares and reviews required account documentation
