Job Title: File Clerk
Location: Galloway, NJ


Type: Temporary
Compensation: $20.00/hr.
Hours: Part-Time | 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Monday-Friday

File Clerk Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain resident, applicant, and property files in both paper and digital formats.
• Scan, copy, file, and upload documents accurately into company systems.
• Help prepare lease files and compliance paperwork.
• Make sure files are complete, updated, and properly stored.
• Retrieve and provide files or documents to staff when needed.
• Assist with file audits and identify missing information.
• Keep resident and company information confidential.
• Maintain organized office filing systems and storage areas.
• Support the office team with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and mailing.
• Track incoming paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with team members about file updates and missing documents.
• Perform other general office and clerical duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office Suite).
